As owners representative, QGM provided consulting services to analyze competitive bids for a rooftop mounted solar system. QGM reviewed bids, energy costs savings and project paybacks with upper management. QGM now monitors the solar system performance for assistance in the SMART incentive programs available in Massachusetts. The installed system is rated for 187 kW and should generate 250,000 kWh per year.
